Member Log In
The StatusLink web site allows members to check claim status and other health plan information anytime. To learn more about how to use StatusLink, read the information below and review the StatusLink Member User Guide.
Once you register, StatusLink offers you a full menu of options.
- Member Information - Search for one or more members' information including
claim history, deductible, copay, out-of-pocket, plan limits, PPO information and plan documents.
- Claims - Search for claims information for a specific member.
- Message to Administrator - Send a message to the StatusLink administrator.
- Messages From Administrator - Check for messages from the StatusLink administrator.
- Helpful Hints - Find information about setup, configuration and limitations.
- Log Off - Log off the StatusLink site after you've first registered.
- Log in Again - Redisplay the StatusLink log in window to log back on after you've logged off.

Click the Register User button on the StatusLink login page to open the StatusLink Welcome page. StatusLink is case sensitive and requires using CAPITAL letters throughout the site. You need to create a Username that is at least six characters, using a combination of letters and numbers, and a password that is 1 to 25 characters. Enter your ID number from your ID card in the SSN field. Only use your Social Security number in this field if it's the same as your ID number. Your ID card lists your group number as the Employee Benefits Plan number. You need this number to register. After you register, click the Log Off tab and log in again. |
