Member Log In

The QicLink Benefits Exchange web site allows members to check claim status and other health plan information anytime. To learn more about how to use QicLink Benefits Exchange, read the information below and review the QicLink Benefits Exchange Member User Guide.

Once you register, QicLink Benefits Exchange offers you a full menu of options.

  • Member Information - Search for one or more members' information including claim history, deductible, copay, out-of-pocket, plan limits, PPO information and plan documents.

  • Claims - Search for claims information for a specific member.

  • Message to Administrator - Send a message to the QicLink Benefits Exchange administrator.

  • Messages From Administrator - Check for messages from the QicLink Benefits Exchange administrator.

  • Helpful Hints - Find information about setup, configuration and limitations.

  • Log Off - Log off the QicLink Benefits Exchange site after you've first registered.

  • Log in Again - Redisplay the QicLink Benefits Exchange log in window to log back on after you've logged off.
Hints to remember when logging in to QicLink Benefits Exchange

Click the Register User button on the QicLink Benefits Exchange login page to open the QBE Member Self Registration page.

Type in all CAPs for registration. You need to create a User ID that is at least six alphanumeric characters and a password that is 1 to 25 characters.

Enter your ID number from your ID card in the ID field.

Your ID card lists your group number as the Employee Benefits Plan number. You need this number to register.

You will need to obtain the initial password from your employer or you may contact NBPA at 800-554-3951 or bpacs@noridian.com. You will need this initial password in order to complete the registration process.

After you register, click the Submit button.

If your user authentication is successful, the Member self Registration form will be displayed. You will need to verify your information, complete a security question and create your own user id and password. Click the Register User button on the QicLink Benefits Exchange login page to open the QicLink Benefits Exchange Welcome page.
